Holy Sand - Perhentian Islands
Holy Sand is exactly what it sounds like, a large expanse of sand. Dropping to a maximum of 22m, this isn't a site for big coral action. Instead, we typically spend our time here searching for creatures like blue-spotted rays, often partially buried, or the occasional cuttlefish gliding by. It’s a great spot for newer divers to practice buoyancy over a forgiving bottom and for macro enthusiasts to hunt for smaller, camouflaged residents.
