Turtle Point - Perhentian Islands

Turtle Point on the Perhentian Islands isn't about dramatic walls or massive pelagics, but it’s a site we always enjoy for its reliability. As the name suggests, you’re very likely to find Green Turtles grazing on the seagrass beds here, often quite unbothered by divers. We've often seen them accompanied by Curryfish, which makes for a neat photo. Keep an eye out too for Bicolor nudibranchs inching across the coral rubble, and we've even spotted Narrow-barred Spanish mackerel cruising by in the bluer water. It's a relaxed dive, perfect for newer divers or those who just want to chill out and watch the resident turtles do their thing.
