With 143+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, mandarin fish and pufferfish - Luisan Shoal offers some of Bohol's richest pinnacle diving. Water ranges 28-30°C, warmest May, June, July.
Luisan Shoal offers a decent drift dive, often with a good chance to spot larger pelagics moving through the blue. We typically see barracuda schools and sometimes even grey reef sharks here. The currents can be brisk, so it’s best suited for divers comfortable with a faster pace and negative entries. It's a good add-on if you're already in the area.
