    Garden Eels is a mellow site just off Dumaguete, perfect for newer divers looking to hone their buoyancy. The sandy slope starts around 19m, home to thousands of garden eels swaying in the gentle surge. We’ve also spotted the occasional pipefish and juvenile frogfish here. It’s a great, straightforward dive for observing these shy creatures up close without a strong current to worry about.
