Kalipayan, Bohol in Dumaguete is a calm, shallow dive, perfect for beginners or those getting back in the water. Dropping to around 17 metres, you’ll find a sandy bottom with a smattering of corals, home to plenty of smaller reef fish. It’s a good spot for refining buoyancy or for a relaxed second dive. Don't expect dramatic topography here, but it's reliably easy.
