The BCL is a shallow barge wreck in Subic Bay, sitting at a consistent 6 meters. It’s a pretty easy dive, mainly for newer divers or those looking for a long, relaxed safety stop. What makes it interesting is how much the fish life has taken over; we often see schools of juvenile batfish and snapper sheltering around the hull. You can’t penetrate the wreck, but it’s a good spot to practice buoyancy and observe how a relatively small structure becomes its own ecosystem.
