Li Bong Artificial coral Reef - Koh Lanta & Phi Phi

When we’re looking for a relaxed dive in the Koh Lanta area, Li Bong Artificial Reef often comes to mind. It’s a shallow spot, only 14 metres, making it perfect for newer divers or those who just want to extend their bottom time. The artificial structures have really taken hold over the years, attracting a good mix of smaller reef fish. You'll often spot schools of yellowtail barracuda circling, and we’ve seen plenty of lionfish tucked into the crevices. It’s a gentle drift, generally, and a nice way to spend an afternoon if you’re not chasing big pelagics.
