The Valiant - Sydney & New South Wales

The Valiant wreck, just off Sydney, makes for a solid shore dive. You’re looking at an old dredge, sitting upright, with plenty of openings to explore if you’re comfortable with wreck penetration. Visibility here can be a bit hit or miss, typical for Sydney Harbour, but it’s a good spot for advanced open water divers looking for a convenient wreck adventure. Expect to see some resident wobbegongs and plenty of colourful nudibranchs on the structure.
