They're a PADI 5-Star IDC centre, which means they train instructors, and that level of expertise filters down through all their courses. We reckon they’re perfect for Sydney locals who want to progress from Open Water all the way to Divemaster or even instructor, building a solid relationship with a consistent crew. We love that Frog Dive runs regular trips not just around Sydney, but also further afield in New South Wales. We’ve joined them for dives out of Kurnell, dropping down onto the Kurnell Gantry – a surprisingly vibrant spot with giant cuttlefish often hanging around the pylons, sometimes so curious they’ll come right up to your mask. On the boat dives, expect to feel that brisk Sydney current, especially around sites like Magic Point where the grey nurse sharks patrol.
