Boka Katuna - Klein Bonaire

Boka Katuna is one of those sites on Klein Bonaire that just feels right, a solid contender for a calm, easy afternoon dive. We especially love the topography here; it’s a gentle slope, perfect for just drifting along and letting the current do the work. What really stands out is the coral health, particularly the mustard hill and finger corals, they just seem to thrive. Keep an eye out for the smaller stuff – pearl blennies often peek out from sandy patches, and we’ve spotted fairy basslets darting between coral heads more times than we can count. Our favourite time to drop in is late morning, after the first boats have cleared out, leaving you with a peaceful stretch of reef all to yourself. You’ll frequently see hawksbill turtles cruising by, completely unfazed, and the spot snapper schools here are impressive, often shimmering in the light. It's an ideal spot if you're looking for a relaxed dive with consistent beauty rather than a dramatic wall.
