María la Gorda’s dive centre sits right on the water, making shore dives incredibly easy. We’ve found the house reef a decent spot for a casual dip, especially if you’re looking for a quick, relaxed dive without a boat trip. Expect to see lots of Finger Coral and Mustard Hill Coral, and keep an eye out for the usual suspects like Angelfish, Grunts, and the occasional Hogfish cruising by. It’s a comfortable option for a checkout dive or just to stretch your fins after a journey.
