Buccaneer Molinere Bay (Wreck) - Southwest Coast

Emma’s Plummet delivers a proper wall dive experience, even if you’re staying shallow. We love dropping down onto the top of the reef, around 7 metres, and then just gliding along the edge where it falls away into the deep blue. The real draw here, for us, is the sheer scale of the coral formations. You'll pass barrel sponges easily big enough to sit inside, alongside massive brain corals that look centuries old. Keep an eye out for the smaller stuff too; we’ve often spotted Yellowhead Jawfish tending their burrows in the sandy patches near the drop-off, and the occasional Caribbean reef squid hovering by the coral heads. If you spend time looking into the nooks, you might even catch a glimpse of a Saddle Stargazer buried in the sand, just their eyes peeking out. Current can be mild to moderate, making it a comfortable drift on most days. It’s a site that rewards taking your time, letting the current do the work while you soak in the view.
