We love that they run a tight ship, which is exactly what you need when you're heading out to sites like the famous Jicarón or a drift dive along Isla Montuosa. Our favourite memories usually involve the sheer numbers of big pelagics out here – spotting a school of jacks so dense it forms a shimmering wall is common, and the bull sharks are always a thrill.
