Blue Room - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

The Blue Room at Kadavu offers a really pleasant cave experience, particularly for those new to overhead environments. You drop down to about 17 metres, and the cave itself is quite open, letting in plenty of ambient light which filters through the entrance, creating a beautiful blue glow inside. We’ve seen quite a few reef sharks patrolling outside the opening and often find schools of fusiliers darting around the coral patches near the entrance. It's a genuinely relaxing dive, no strong currents to worry about, and it's certainly one of our picks for a chill afternoon dip.
