The team at Aqua Trek – Mana Island are some of the most genuinely friendly folks we’ve met in Fiji. They operate out of Mana Island Resort, which makes for a really easy dive holiday if you’re staying there, no schlepping gear around. We love that they’re a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, meaning their setup is solid, from gear to guiding. They’re perfectly positioned for exploring the Mamanucas. We've done many dives with them heading to sites like the Supermarket, famous for its grey reef shark encounters, and the Gotham City pinnacles, where the schooling bannerfish are incredible. Our favourite time to dive with them is usually late morning, after the day-trippers have cleared out a bit, and the sun is high, really making the soft corals glow. The water here feels like silk, a proper 28 degrees Celsius, and you often hear the distant thrum of boat engines above, a subtle reminder of the world you've left behind. If you're looking for consistent, well-run dives with an approachable crew who genuinely love the ocean, Aqua Trek is a strong pick.
