Labryinth - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

The Labryinth on Kadavu's Great Astrolabe Reef is a good spot for a relaxed dive, especially if you're new to overhead environments. At just 17 metres, it’s a gentle introduction to cave diving, more like an intricate swim-through really, with shafts of light filtering in from various openings. We’ve drifted through here and found plenty of smaller reef fish darting between the coral heads that grow right up to the cave walls. It's not a big pelagic show, but the peaceful atmosphere and easy navigation make it a solid choice for beginners or those looking for a calming second dive.
