Point Break - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Point Break is a solid spot for easing into Kadavu's underwater world, particularly if you're fresh off the plane or just getting comfortable in the water. It’s a shallower site, topping out at 16 meters, which makes for plenty of bottom time and good natural light across the coral. We often see smaller reef sharks cruising by, and it’s a reliable place to spot a few different species of nudibranchs if you slow down and look closely. This site is genuinely perfect for beginners; the conditions are usually calm, and there’s no pressure to deal with strong currents or deep dives.
