Opunohu Bay offers a relaxed dive, a good spot for a second tank or for newer divers getting comfortable with the local conditions. You'll likely see smaller reef fish darting amongst the coral patches, and often a few blacktip reef sharks cruise by. It's a gentle introduction to Moorea's underwater world, usually with mild currents. If you're looking for an easy, pleasant dive, this bay delivers.
