Why dive here
With 135+ marine species recorded in the area - including humpback whales, sperm whales, spinner dolphins and pufferfish - Rotui offers some of Moorea & Tahiti's richest diving. Water ranges 27-29°C, warmest February, March, April.
Rotui, off Moorea, offers a gentle drift along a sloping reef. Expect to see reef sharks cruising the current and plenty of schooling fusiliers, often with jacks hunting through them. It’s a relaxed dive, good for photographers and those looking for a relatively easy drift. We'd suggest it for divers comfortable with mild current.
