With 135+ marine species recorded in the area - including humpback whales, sperm whales, spinner dolphins and pufferfish - The Marado offers some of Moorea & Tahiti's richest diving. Water ranges 27-29°C, warmest February, March, April.
Marado offers a decent drift dive, often with a good current carrying you along a reef wall. You'll likely spot white tip reef sharks patrolling and maybe a lemon shark or two in the deeper sections. It’s a good option for divers comfortable with some drift and looking for a reliable shark encounter. We’d suggest keeping an eye on your depth.
