Dhihufushimaadhoo Beyru in Baa Atoll is a solid choice for a relaxed dive. We’ve found it’s a good spot to gently kick off a trip, especially if you’re a bit rusty or new to Maldivian waters. The reef here slopes down to a modest 24 meters, making it comfortable for beginners. You’ll typically see plenty of reef fish flitting about, the usual suspects like snappers and fusiliers, and we’ve often spotted a turtle or two cruising by. It’s not going to blow your mind with massive pelagics, but it delivers a pleasant, unhurried introduction to the atoll’s marine life.
