Villingilli Thila - Baa Atoll

Villingilli Thila is a solid pinnacle dive in Baa Atoll, a great spot for intermediate divers looking for something beyond a simple drift. The top of the thila sits around 12 meters, dropping to its max depth of 26 meters, so you've got good bottom time to explore. We often see schooling blue-striped snappers here, sometimes so many they form a shimmering wall. Keep an eye out for reef sharks patrolling the deeper edges, and we've had good luck spotting turtles resting on the coral bommies. It’s not an adrenaline rush, but it’s consistently engaging, perfect for a relaxed dive with plenty to observe.
