Kuda Giri - South Ari Atoll
Kuda Giri is a mellow pinnacle in South Ari Atoll, perfect for newer divers looking to get comfortable in the Maldives. The top of the reef comes up to about 12 metres, then slopes down to a sandy bottom at 25 metres, giving you plenty of time to explore the crevices and overhangs. We often see lionfish tucked away and colourful nudibranchs crawling along the coral. It’s a gentle introduction to Maldivian diving, generally with mild currents, allowing you to relax and take your time.
