With 100+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, sea turtles, spinner dolphins and whale sharks - Bodu Hura offers some of South Malé Atoll's richest diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest April, May, July.
Bodu Hura is a gentle drift in South Malé Atoll, often best experienced as a second dive. You'll likely spot white tip reef sharks patrolling the reef edge, and we usually see plenty of schooling bannerfish and snapper here. It’s a good spot for newer divers looking for an easy, pleasant drift without strong currents.
