Ocean Paradise in South Malé Atoll is a solid PADI 5 Star outfit, ideal if you appreciate the convenience of a well-established resort dive centre. They run daily trips to a good spread of the atoll's sites, from channel dives like Kandooma Thila to the quieter reef walls. We’ve found their instructors to be particularly patient with newer divers, making it a good choice if you're looking to knock out some advanced certifications or just get comfortable in a drift. Expect the usual Maldives suspects: reef sharks, turtles, and plenty of schooling fish on the incoming currents.
