With 100+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, sea turtles, spinner dolphins and whale sharks - Gulhi Outside offers some of South Malé Atoll's richest diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest April, May, July.
Gulhi Outside is a straightforward reef dive, reaching a maximum depth of 21 metres. It’s a good spot for newer divers getting comfortable with Maldivian conditions. We often see reef sharks cruising the edge and smaller schooling fish closer to the coral. It’s not a thrill-a-minute dive, but it's a calm introduction to the area.
