Vaageli Tila - South Malé Atoll

Vaageli Tila is one of those deeper pinnacles in South Malé that consistently delivers. We've often found ourselves drifting along its coral-encrusted edges, keeping an eye out for the smaller inhabitants. The pygmygobies, like the Redlined and the Palespot, are particularly abundant, often tucked into the crevices of the Galaxea and star corals. It’s a good spot for divers who enjoy taking their time and getting up close with the micro-fauna, especially when the current isn't too strong.
