Passe bateau sud - Mayotte Lagoon

Passe Bateau Sud is a decent drift in the Mayotte Lagoon, a spot we’ve found consistently enjoyable rather than spectacular. You drop in and let the current carry you along the wall, usually at a comfortable pace, which is perfect for just watching the show go by. Keep an eye out for humphead wrasse cruising past, and there are often groups of fusiliers dotted around. It’s a good choice for intermediate divers looking for a relaxed dive without much fuss, particularly if you’re keen on seeing some of the bigger lagoon fish in their element. We wouldn't call it a highlight, but it's a solid option to fill out a dive day.
