Coral Gardens
Protected Area
Silhouette Marine National Park
Why dive here
With 183+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, dolphins, sea turtles, sperm whales and lionfish - Coral Gardens offers some of Inner Islands's richest reef diving. Water ranges 27-30°C, warmest March, April, May.
Coral Gardens lives up to its name, a shallow, sheltered reef that’s perfect for new divers finding their fins or those looking for a relaxed second dive. We’ve drifted along here spotting parrotfish chomping on coral and small schools of snapper hovering in the bommies. It’s not a deep thrill, but it’s a calm, colourful introduction to Seychelles' reefs.
