With 269+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, blue whales, dolphins, dwarf minke whales and great white sharks - A Frame offers some of Cape Town & Western Cape's richest reef diving. Water ranges 14-16°C, warmest February, March, April.
A Frame, on Cape Town's False Bay side, is a pretty straightforward shore dive. You'll find a rocky reef system, home to a scattering of colourful nudibranchs, shy octopus, and plenty of smaller reef fish like hottentot and strepies. It’s a good spot for a relaxed second dive or for divers new to shore entries, offering decent visibility on calm days. We often use it when other sites are blown out.
