The Aster - Cape Town & Western Cape

The Aster, just off Cape Town, is a good shore dive when the swells aren't too big. You'll drop onto a rocky reef, usually spotting pyjama sharks tucked into crevices and often octopus out hunting. It's a solid choice for an easy afternoon dive, especially for newer divers looking to get comfortable with temperate water conditions.
