Weissensee Ost, often called Grillplatz by the locals, is a relaxed shore dive, perfect for stretching your fins or getting comfortable in the water. It’s pretty shallow, topping out around 11 meters, so it’s a good spot for beginners or photographers who like to take their time. You'll find a mix of rock and some scattered seagrass, home to small crabs scuttling amongst the stones and schooling damselfish darting around. We often spot blennies peeking out of crevices. It’s not a big coral wall, but for an easy, pleasant dive where you can truly relax and observe the smaller stuff, it’s a solid choice.
