SS Regolo (Wreck) - Istria Peninsula
The SS Regolo sits upright on the seabed at 41 metres, a proper deep wreck for those with the training. Her bow points towards shore, offering a clear outline even on murkier days. We’ve found her bridge section particularly interesting, well-preserved and home to some hefty conger eels. Exploring the cargo holds, you’ll likely spot schools of damselfish flitting through the gloom, while scorpionfish camouflage themselves on the superstructure. It’s a dive for technical enthusiasts who appreciate a well-intact piece of history, rather than a coral garden.
