With 46+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, sea turtles and cuttlefish - Zabodaski offers some of Istria Peninsula's richest reef diving. Water ranges 12-26°C, warmest July, August, September.
Zabodaski, tucked away on the Istria Peninsula, is a reliably pleasant Mediterranean dive. We’ve found it’s a good spot for a relaxed afternoon. Keep an eye out for Horn Shells clinging to the rocks and the occasional Common brittlestar moving across the seabed. If you’re lucky, a Blue-white Dolphin might make an appearance, though we mostly see Cowfish here. It’s a site that rewards a slow pace, suitable for divers who prefer observation over adrenaline.
