MANO - Silfra & Thingvellir

Right, Mano. She’s a decent wreck, resting at 10 metres, so it's a site most divers can comfortably explore. Sunk back in '44, this old cargo vessel, a solid 75 metres long, has really settled into the seabed off Reykjanes. We’ve found her superstructure still quite distinct, with plenty of entry points if you’re keen on a bit of penetration – though always exercise caution and stay within your comfort zone. Look out for the resident wolfish tucked away in crevices; they’re often there, keeping an eye on things. It's a proper wreck dive, not a coral garden, but the sense of history here is palpable.
