STELLA CIRRUS - Al Hoceima
The Stella Cirrus is an old trawler, sunk back in 1941, and now she sits upright in about 21 metres of water just off Al Hoceima. It’s a pretty accessible wreck, not too deep, making it a good spot for newer wreck divers or those looking for a relaxed dive. We’ve found the stern section is particularly interesting, with a fair amount of the superstructure still intact to poke around. Expect to see some decent-sized groupers holed up inside, along with schools of damselfish flitting over the decks. It’s not a massive wreck, but it's got enough character to make for an enjoyable afternoon dive.
