The team at Albadive are the kind of people you immediately feel comfortable with. They’re a smaller operation in Cabo de Palos, which we really appreciate – it means a more personal touch, less of that cattle-call feeling some bigger centres have. We especially love how they handle courses; it’s a calm, thorough approach whether you’re just starting with a Discover Scuba Dive or working through your PADI certs. What makes Albadive special, for us, is their deep local knowledge. They really know the wrecks and reefs around here, like the *Stanfield* or the *Naranjito*, inside out. They understand the currents, where the resident moray eels hang out, and which nudibranchs are likely to be on a particular rock. We’d suggest chatting with them about the best time of day for the wrecks – sometimes an early start means less boat traffic and better light filtering through the water. They’re PADI 5 Star, so you know the training is solid, but it’s their genuine passion for the area that truly sets them apart. It makes every dive feel like an exploration, not just another trip out.
