Think historic wrecks like the *SS Stanfield* or the *Naranjito*, covered in gorgonians and patrolled by barracuda. We’ve had dives there where the schools of snapper are so dense you can barely see your buddy, a shimmering wall of fish. Conditions are generally calm in summer, with visibility often pushing 20 metres. If you’re visiting in shoulder season, say May or October, you might even get the wrecks almost to yourselves, though the water will be a bit cooler. They’re professional, friendly, and they’ll get you diving safely and competently, whether you’re just starting out or working towards instructor.
