Eden Dive - Medes Islands

Eden Dive, over in the Medes Islands, is one of those sites that just feels… different. It’s got a genuine wildness to it. We love dropping in here, especially first thing in the morning when the light hits the wall just right. You’re looking at a steep drop-off, absolutely plastered with sea fans and sponges. Think deep reds and oranges contrasting with the muted rock. Keep your eyes peeled for Cadenat's rockfish tucked into crevices and those gorgeous variable loggerhead sponges adding texture everywhere. It’s a site that rewards slow exploration. Don't just rush past the details. We’ve found sea horses here, tucked amongst the bushy coral, and the red snapping shrimp are always a delight to spot, waving their antennae from tiny holes. For macro lovers, there are plenty of hooded shrimp and righthanded hermit crabs scuttling about. The shoals of salema can be immense too, sometimes parting just for you as you swim through. It’s a site that consistently delivers, offering a real feel for the untouched Mediterranean.
