Stora Hultö - Baltic Coast

Stora Hultö offers a gentle introduction to Baltic diving, with depths staying within the 5-18m range. It’s a solid pick for newer divers looking for calm conditions. We’ve found the rocky reef here to be a good spot for spotting blennies tucked into crevices and, if you look closely, a few nudibranch species. It’s not a riot of colour, but the bladder wrack sways nicely with the gentle surge, and there are always blue mussels clinging to the rocks. Keep an eye out for ruddy turnstones along the shallows before you jump in.
