Cawsand Bay is a decent spot if you’re looking for a relaxed, shallow dive in Cornwall. At just 9m, it’s a perfect training ground for beginners or a gentle potter for those shaking off the rust. We’ve had some pleasant dives here, finning over sandy patches and rocky outcrops where you often spot gobies, blennies, and sometimes a dogfish tucked away. It’s not going to blow your mind with dramatic topography, but for an easy entry, a quiet hour underwater, and a chance to spot some cool temperate critters, it certainly delivers.
