ROBBINS MAGGIES - Cornwall & Devon
The Robbins Maggies isn’t a deep dive, sitting comfortably at 15m, making it a good option for divers newer to wreck exploration or those looking for an easy second dive. This fully rigged sailing vessel, a small 6.4m, capsized and sank in 2008, and while it’s not ancient history, the wreck is already home to a surprising amount of local marine life. You’ll find plenty of crabs tucked into crevices and various colourful anemones clinging to the mast and hull. It’s a nice, simple wreck that offers a gentle introduction to Cornwall’s underwater history, without any strong currents to worry about.
