Silver Steps - Cornwall & Devon
Silver Steps is a solid little shore dive in Cornwall, perfect for a relaxed dip or for those looking to get comfortable in cooler waters. The entry is pretty straightforward, usually involving a gentle wade in. At a shallow 7 metres, it’s a great spot for beginners to practice skills or for anyone wanting to take their time exploring the nooks and crannies. You’ll typically find plenty of crabs scuttling about, dogfish tucked under ledges, and often a good variety of wrasse darting through the kelp. It’s not going to blow your mind with massive pelagics, but for a sheltered, easy dive, it really hits the mark.
