SOUTHOVER SCORPIO - Cornwall & Devon
The Southover Scorpio, an old fishing vessel sunk in 1997, sits upright in just 7 metres of water, making it a great little dive for less experienced divers or those looking for a longer bottom time. At only 11.3 metres long, you can take your time exploring the wheelhouse and deck, which are now completely covered in plumose anemones and dead man’s fingers. Look closely in the nooks and crannies for squat lobsters and blennies peeking out. It's a proper British wreck dive, full of character and a surprising amount of life for its size.
