Stoke Beach - Cornwall & Devon
Stoke Beach is a handy shore dive if you're in the area, particularly good for beginners or if you just fancy a relaxed splash. You'll find a mixed bottom here, sandy patches giving way to some interesting rocky areas, often with kelp swaying gently in the surge. Look closely among the rocks and you're likely to spot wrasse, blennies, and plenty of crabs scuttling about. It's an easy entry and exit, making it a great spot for shaking off the rust or testing new gear without battling big currents or depths.
