TEIFI (POSSIBLY) - Cornwall & Devon
The TEIFI, an old steamship that went down back in 1930, is a shallow wreck site, sitting at just 6 metres. We find it’s a pretty decent spot for a chilled-out dive, especially when the weather’s playing nice. What remains of her is quite broken up, but you can still make out the general shape of a vessel, with some interesting twisted metal and ribs providing cover. It’s not a massive exploration, but look closely and you’ll often find some decent-sized crabs tucked away and plenty of small fish darting between the plates. We’d suggest it for divers looking for a relaxed dive, maybe a second dive, or those keen on practicing their navigation around some structure without going too deep.
