Chileno Reef offers a gentle introduction to the Sea of Cortez’s coral environments. You’ll drift past patches of hard coral, often spotting smaller reef fish like damselfish and wrasse flitting between them. It’s a good spot for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed dive, usually with mild currents. Keep an eye out for moray eels tucked into the crevices.
