Honu Reef in Hawaii is a gentle coral reef, well-suited for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed dive. You’ll find plenty of green sea turtles here, often resting on the coral heads or gliding by. It’s a good spot for underwater photography, especially for getting close-up shots of the turtles without strong currents pushing you around. Visibility is usually good, making for an easy, pleasant experience.
