Why dive here
Shag Rock is a reef dive where divers can encounter dolphins, spinner dolphins and whale sharks. Water ranges 23-30°C, warmest July, August, September.
Shag Rock is an interesting one. It's not the most colourful reef in Sharm, but we've had some memorable encounters here. The site is a good choice for newer divers seeking a relaxed drift. We've seen Indian Ocean bottlenose dolphins here, and the resident cowfish are always a treat.
