Extreme Dubai - Dubai & Abu Dhabi
The team at Extreme Dubai are the guys you call when you want to dive the UAE’s best wrecks. Based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, they’ve pretty much got the market cornered on getting divers to some seriously interesting metal. We love their trips out to Inchcape 1, a small coaster sitting upright at 30 metres, where schools of barracuda often circle the mast like a shimmering vortex. Or, if you’re looking for something bigger, the MV Ludwig at 24 metres is a proper cargo ship, full of swim-throughs and often surrounded by fusiliers. They’re a PADI 5 Star IDC centre, so you know the training is solid, whether you’re just starting out or looking to go pro. What really sets them apart, though, is their local knowledge. They know these waters, they know the currents, and they know where the good stuff is hiding. We'd suggest booking a morning dive to get the best light on the wrecks and usually calmer surface conditions. It's not always gin-clear visibility out here, but when those wrecks appear out of the green, it’s a proper rush. If you’re into wreck diving, this is your outfit.
